MSB products have warranty of 2 years which is implemented with EU requirements. You can contact the company if you are in need of technical assistance or have difficulties with the setup of your product. If you consider returning the product, you will have to ship the product back to our company in accordance with our return policy guidelines. Our team will examine the product thoroughly and will provide you with a report. You will be compensated through full refund which includes the delivery fees or we will have your product exchanged.
The warranty is not going to be covered for the following cases:
- There is international damage and/or modification to the product, and/or issues with incorrect setup and use.
- No necessary documents are available (such as Proof of Purchase)
- The product was determined to be not faulty during the examination process
- The warranty period of the product has passed.
