If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased and wish to get a refund, you may return it within 30 days after receiving the original order. The returned product must be in the state you received it and in excellent condition. The item should be returned to the address provided by our Customer Service Department. Any incorrect address used by the customer will result in the returned product not being processed.
- If you are unable to send the damaged product, but still wish to get a refund, the information you provide will be taken into account as we review your claim. All decisions on unreturned products will be at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for reimbursing the original shipping costs if your product was not damaged upon your receipt of it and we are not immediately notified.
- The item being returned is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches our warehouse. Please, take proper precautions to re-package the item carefully, so no additional damage takes place on the return route.
- Return your order by Regular Post as defined by each country. We also require the tracking number of the order.
Once our fulfillment center receives your product, it will then be inspected with your attached documentation. It generally takes from 2 to 6 weeks, to complete a refund.
Replacement requests can be processed within 30 days of the original receiving date. To process the replacement, we will need to have the actual purchased product returned to us. If there is a price difference, you will need to place a new order. If the price of the product to be shipped is lower than the original item, we will proceed with the inspection of the item as soon as it arrives at our fulfillment center, and issue a partial refund.
Should you be unable to send us the original product, we will proceed with the replacement at our discretion.

Expect a time period of 5 to 10 business days for your returned product to be received, inspected, re-processed into inventory, and the shipping of your new item.
Your refund may take up to 4 weeks, depending on your method of payment. This begins upon our receiving your returned item and the following inspection. If your order is canceled before being shipped, we will proceed with a refund. You may cancel your order within 4 hours after placing an order.
